Usage:
- Dosa Mix to water ratio – 1:2
- Mix & set it aside for 5-10 mins
- Add salt for taste & check the consistency
- Put the Tawa on medium heat & spread the batter
- Put ghee/oil as required
- Cover for a few seconds & cook without cover until crisp
Store in a sealed pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight & moisture for up to 9 months.
