The Dispatch and Logistics Personnel are responsible for supporting the dispatch and logistics operations to ensure the efficient delivery of products to customers. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries related to deliveries, and assisting in the optimization of logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Fulfilment:
- Process and prepare orders for dispatch channel wise.
- Ensure accurate packing and labelling of products.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
2. Dispatch Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling and routing deliveries to optimize efficiency and meet customer delivery timelines.
- Communicate with delivery drivers and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Track and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
3. Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and updating inventory records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving them.
4. Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues related to deliveries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to address and resolve delivery-related complaints.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch and delivery activities.
- Assist in conducting audits and assessments of logistics operations.
