Job Overview:

You will be responsible for building a business by identifying and selling products; maintaining & growing relationships with our clients. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, demonstrating a proactive approach to driving revenue growth.
Territory Management: Effectively manage assigned territory or market segment, including identifying potential customers, establishing relationships, and maximising sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base, including prospecting for new clients, conducting market research, and presenting product offerings to potential customers.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement sales strategies and promotional activities effectively, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies, to drive sales and increase market share.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation of sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Traits (essential) :
- MBA in Sales / Marketing.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, preferably in the Health-food FMCG industry.
Essential knowledge, skills and traits :
- Should have good market knowledge and be able to track competitor’s activities.
- Should be able to develop the market from scratch for new & innovative product line.
- Should be able to analyse and strategize sales initiatives.
- Should be able to Manage Distributors & Trade
- Attention to detail and content quality.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in business metrics & numbers
