You can store it for up to 9 months in an air-tight box.

How to make the Dosa in few minutes ?

Dosa Mix to water ratio – 1:2
Mix & set it aside for 5-10 mins
Add salt for taste & check the consistency
Put the Tawa on medium heat & spread the batter
Put ghee/oil as required
Cover for a few seconds & cook without cover until crisp

Store in a sealed pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight & moisture for up to 9 months.
