Job Overview:

The Brand Creative & Design Owner will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs for our brand content, marketing materials, product packaging designs, digital content, and more. This role will work closely with the founders & marketing team to develop creative assets that enhance our brand identity, drive engagement, and support our marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Creation:

• Develop and create visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Design product packaging and labels that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.

Marketing Campaigns:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics and layouts for promotional materials, advertisements, and event collateral.
• Design visually appealing digital assets for use in online marketing campaigns, including banners, infographics, and social media posts.
• Support the development of multimedia content, including videos and animations, as needed.

Product and Brand Development:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
• Design logos, icons, and other graphic elements as required for new product lines or rebranding efforts.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing strategies and product launches.

Product Photography:

• Plan, execute, and oversee product photography to ensure high-quality images for use in marketing materials and product listings.
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and other creative professionals to produce visually appealing product images.
• Manage the post-production process, including editing and retouching images to meet brand standards.

Product Listings:

• Create and optimise differentiated product listings for various digital and physical channels, including eCommerce platforms, retail websites, and print catalogs.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with marketing strategies.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility on eCommerce platforms.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Work with external vendors and printers to ensure the accurate production of printed materials.
• Maintain organised files and documentation of all design projects.

Feedback and Revisions:

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Conduct quality checks on all design work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
• Proficient in graphic design & creative software suite  .
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, packaging, digital, and print materials.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback while maintaining a consistent brand vision.

Working Conditions:

• Based in Pune.
• Dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Occasional travel may be required for photo shoots, events, or meetings with external partners.
• Must adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
