Cancellation and refund

These terms and conditions govern Reset Food’s Private Limited’s (“Upside Health”) Shipping Policy.
By placing an order with Upside Health, the Customer (“You”/”User”) agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy.

  • Cancellation & Return Eligibility Duration: Returns and refunds are available within 3 days of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable software products.
  • Return Process: Provide receipt or proof of purchase for a return. We'll inspect the returned item and notify you about your refund status via email.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
  • Refund Delay: If your refund is delayed, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time to post.

  • Pick-up Service: For eligible returns, we arrange a courier pick-up within 72 hours of the request.
  • Exchanges: Delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
