How Our Delivery Works:
Once you place an order, we inspect and pack your products carefully.
Our trusted delivery partner then works to deliver your order as soon as possible.
If they face any issues reaching you, they'll contact you to sort it out.
Delivery Charges:

Where We Ship:
We ship selected products all over India.
Currently, we don't ship outside India.
Why Can't We Ship to Some Areas?
We're expanding our reach, but delivery depends on:

Estimated Delivery Times:
Deliveries typically take 2-5 business days.
In major cities, it's faster (2-7 business days), while remote areas might take longer (up to 7 business days).
Changing Delivery Address:
Before Dispatch: Contact our customer service at hello@upsidehealth.in ASAP for changes.
After Dispatch: We can't change the address. If delivery fails, the order returns to us.
Tracking Your Order:
After dispatch, we'll email/WhatsApp you the tracking details. For help, contact hello@upsidehealth.in.
Multiple Shipments:
Your order might come in separate packages from different warehouses, but don't worry, you'll only pay one
shipping fee.
Holding Deliveries:
If your order hasn't been dispatched, contact us for any changes. We can't hold deliveries for dispatched
orders.
Hidden Charges:
No hidden charges. Prices on our website are all-inclusive, except for potential shipping charges outside India.
